4th International Workshop on Heterogeneous Kinetics Related to Atmospheric Aerosols

Studies of atmospheric aerosol chemistry have revealed important roles of heterogeneous chemical processes of aerosols on their formation and evolution. Nevertheless, the mechanisms and kinetics of the reactions and their influence on material cycles in the atmosphere remain unclear. This workshop is intended to share our latest knowledge related to the heterogeneous processes of atmospheric aerosols, to identify key scientific questions about the processes, and to discuss future directions for studies in this field. Three earlier workshops were held in Beijing and Shanghai, China and Tsukuba, Japan.
